Agenda Items:

1. Welcome and call meeting to order
2. Organize SCC
   1. Elect chair and vice chair; appoint a secretary who will take notes (may be an elected member of the body or a non-voting member who is asked to take notes)
   2. Review Rules of Order and Procedure and/or Bylaws (should be posted on website). 
   3. Set meeting schedule for the year and post on website.
   4. Post roster on website (see below) with, at least, one form of contact for each member. CSD requires a “click on name” to get to contact info to help prevent phishing.
   5. Review requirements for SCC open meeting requirements; no SCC meeting may be a closed meeting.
3. Follow up on safety question.  Has the curb at Titian and Bengal Blvd been painted red?
4. Update on kindergarten teachers/classes – we will have 3 kindergarten classes this year!
5. Review of School Improvement Goals for 26/27
6. Review of budget for 26/27
   1. Discuss BTS extra hours and consider increasing
7. Present plan for behavior management and seating in the cafeteria this year
8. Discuss SB 241 implementation this year and its impacts to BOY professional learning.  Reference document below:
